RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason then read your options below
- Please return items in the same condition you found them: unworn, unwashed, and with labels still intact and attached.
- Please ensure that the dispatch note is returned with the products as proof of purchase or clearly quote your order number.
- We regret we can not accept returns of personalised items.
- Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by LOLA + BLAKE. We will try to process returns within 14 days.
- We will not charge postage for replacement items.
- Please note any SALE items cannot be refunded, only exchanged unless faulty.
- We only refund or exchange items bought direct from www.lolaandblake.co.uk, if you have bought an item from a different website or store please follow their directions for refunds and exchanges.

You can return items to us in within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
