Please return items in the same condition you found them: unworn, unwashed, and with labels still intact and attached.

Please ensure that the dispatch note is returned with the products as proof of purchase or clearly quote your order number.

We regret we can not accept returns of personalised items.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by LOLA + BLAKE. We will try to process returns within 14 days.

We will not charge postage for replacement items.

Please note any SALE items cannot be refunded, only exchanged unless faulty.

We only refund or exchange items bought direct from www.lolaandblake.co.uk, if you have bought an item from a different website or store please follow their directions for refunds and exchanges.
