All our items are ethically hand made by our amazing suppliers in India in Sedex standard working conditions. Sedex, (the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), is a not-for-profit membership organisation for businesses committed to the continuous improvement of ethical performance within their supply chains.
Items are not reserved until you are in the checkout. Up to that point items can still be purchased by other customers, which means the items may be sold out by the time you checkout.
All UK orders are sent Royal Mail Second Class Tracked.  If you select Express delivery then this is upgraded to First Class.  International deliveries are sent via Parcel Force.

You have 14 days from the item arriving to change your mind and send it back to us for a refund (minus postage). Please contact us to arrange.

Please return items in the same condition you found them: unworn, unwashed, + with labels still intact + attached! If an item is returned to us + shows signs of a breach to this then it will be returned back to you.

If a gift set product was purchased then please ensure all items within the gift set are returned together otherwise a refund can only be issued for the difference on savings made.

Yes, please contact us to let us know what item you would like to exchange for. We will process the exchange if we have the requested product in stock. If we don’t then we will contact you to organise a refund by the original payment method. As above, items must be returned to us in the same condition they were received.

In the rare instance that an item might reach you and you find a fault with it, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to find a solution.

We do offer wholesale, please register your account through the wholesale application located on the wholesale page. 

All our products have been independently tested by Bureau Veritas for wash quality and are of the highest standard printing. We strongly suggest washing at 30˚C because it’s kinder to the environment and will keep our intricate illustration detail. We don’t recommend using bleach or other harsh chemicals. Please line dry or tumble-dry on low and iron on medium or low heat.
  • Standard – Orders come in our biodegradable postage bags.
  • Free Gift Wrap – Just leave a gift message within the checkout and we will upgrade your wrapping to our branded tissue paper and stickers in a postal box. 
  • Luxury Gift Wrap – An extra £5.00 and your product comes wrapped in a matching wrapping paper to the print of your product, with branded stickers and in a branded box.
