All UK orders are sent Royal Mail First Class. Please get in contact if you would like to arrange an alternative form of delivery, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
You have 14 days from the item arriving to change your mind and send it back to us for a refund (minus postage). Please contact us to arrange.
Please return items in the same condition you found them: unworn, unwashed, + with labels still intact + attached! If an item is returned to us + shows signs of a breach to this then it will be returned back to you.
If a gift set product was purchased then please ensure all items within the gift set are returned together otherwise a refund can only be issued for the difference on savings made.
Yes, please contact us to let us know what item you would like to exchange for. We will process the exchange if we have the requested product in stock. If we don’t then we will contact you to organise a refund by the original payment method. As above, items must be returned to us in the same condition they were received.
