CHRISTMAS & Strikes UPDATE
- Our cut off date for Christmas delivery is by 19th December at 10am. Please get your orders in BEFORE this date and time to guarantee Christmas delivery.
- Orders placed after the 19th December, may still arrive in time but can not be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.
- As of 8th December all postage has been upgraded to DPD, due to Royal Mail Strikes & delays.
- If you have ordered before the 8th December, your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail and your items should be with you soon. It's best to check with Royal Mail and your local depot for an update on their services.
- Although we can deliver to outside the UK please bear in mind that these address's may take longer than the standard 2/5 working days to arrive. You are also responsible for your own customs/import duties where applicable.
- We offer Free delivery on retail orders within the UK.
- All Retail orders under £100 will be sent using Royal Mail Second Class Tracked.
- All wholesale orders will be sent via tracked courier service. These do not operate on weekends.
- Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your purchases are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded.
